ABOUT TANGO FITNESS
A low impact, full body workout that combines elements from fitness and tango dancing to create a unique and fun workout experience.
Move and dance to the beat to keep your heart rate and motivation up! Tone your body, develop strength, coordination, and balance. Enjoy the physical results of fitness and emotional benefits of dancing.
Each class starts with a warmup followed by a strength portion. All movements are standing, low impact, and still challenging and effective!
To finish the class dancing and smiling you will learn two tango inspired choreographies made up of simple sequences you can repeat and master.
You will receive motivation, support and cues to take the most out of the class!
Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Denise Buosi Martin is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Health Coach, tango dancer and instructor.
Her passion for tango, health, and fitness inspired her to create Tango Fitness, a fitness class designed to help women improve their physical fitness and explore the sounds and movements of Tango.
Denise’s vision is to create a unique workout experience where women can show up motivated, stay present, and leave inspired.
